Advanced Instructions

Our mailing list manager (ezmlm) uses the envelope sender to determine what your email address is. Sometimes this might not be what you expect or want to be subscribed to the mailing list.

You can start a subscription for an alternate address, for example "john@host.domain", just add a hyphen and your address (with '=' instead of '@') after the command word:
datetime-subscribe-john=host.domain@perl.org
To unsubscribe this address, mail:
datetime-unsubscribe-john=host.domain@perl.org

All subscription requests must be confirmed. You should receive a confirmation request a few minutes after you send your request in.
